PCR2000093RESOLUTION #P.C. 093-2000 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE PETERS PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW %OF SECTION 33 (TAX KEY NO. 2292.997 / MUSKEG0 DAM ROAD) WHEREAS, On May 4, 2000 a sketch was submitted by Orville Peters for a two (2) lot land division of the Peters property located in the SW % of Section 33, (Tax Key No. 2292.997 / Muskego Dam Road), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of 2.75 acres and an average minimum width of 300 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned A - Agricultural District, requiring a minimum lot size of 2.75 acres and an average minimum width of 300 feet, and parcels appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The adopted Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for agriculture and rural density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, The ultimate right-of-way required by the adopted 2010 Highway System Plan has been previously dedicated, and WHEREAS, The parcels include wetland and floodplains which need to be delineated on a final certified survey map, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by private sewer and private water THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Peters property in the SW % of Section 33. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all wetlands and floodplains are required to be illustrated on the final certified survey map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approved locations of on-site sanitary systems are required to be illustrated on the final certified survey map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That grading and drainage plan will be required to be approved by the City Engineer concurrent with the final certified survey map. Resolution #PC 093-2000 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final 0 submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
