APPROVAL OF SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR
THE BRZEZINSKI PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW % OF SECTION 17
(TAX KEY NO. 2227.998.014 1 W200 S8443 WOODS ROAD)
WHEREAS, A two (2) lot land division sketch was submitted by Gary
Brzezinski for the property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 17 on March 27,
2000, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned partly RS-2, Suburban Residence
District, requiring a minimum area of 30,000 square foot and average 110' lot
width, and A, Agricultural District, requiring a minimum area of 2.75 acres and
average 300' lot width and
WHEREAS, Both parcels appear to meet the minimum area and average
width requirements for each zoning district, and
WHEREAS, Both of the parcels will have access on to Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, sewer and water service are available.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
two (2) lot land division sketch for the property located in the NW 114 of Section
17 of the Brzezinski property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The Land Division Ordinance requires a
minimum lot width of 80 feet at the base setback line and said properties do not
meet this requirements.
