PCR2000061RESOLUTION #P.C. 061-2000 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE LUDWIG PROPERTY I CARITY LAND CORP PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE % OF SECTION 10 (TAX KEY NO. 2200.999) WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Carity Land Corporation for a two (2) lot land division of the Ludwig property located in the SE % of Section 10, and WHEREAS, The purpose of said Certified Survey Map is to convey interest of property to be developed by Carity Land Corp., for the Quietwood Creek Subdivision, and said boundaries conform to a part of the Plan Commission’s previously approved Preliminary Plat, under Resolution #P.C. 120b-99, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will not be serviced by sewer or water in conjunction with this proposal, and WHEREAS, Outlot 1 is to be retained in the ownership of Carity Land Corp., who owns adjoining property to the south, and WHEREAS, Outlot 2 is to be retained in the ownership of Mr David Ludwig, who e owns adjoining properties to the east, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division of the Ludwig I Carity land Corp. property located in the SE % of Section 10 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Outlot 1 shall be combined with Tax Key No. 2200.992.005.
