PCR2000059RESOLUTION #PC 59-2000 DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE OPD OF CHAMPIONS VILLAGE OF COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES WHEREAS, a request for a community marketing center in a model home was submitted by Burke Homes, Inc., the primary developer of the Champions Village at Country Club Villages Subdivision, to be located on Lot 64, W130 S9614 Jimmy Demaret Drive, Tax Key No. 2257.064, of the Champions Village Subdivision, and WHEREAS, the proposed marketing center is to be located in the garage of a model home and would have to meet all necessary building code requirements; and WHEREAS, The existing Model Home and Sales Center located on Lot 10 will be used for single family residential purposes consistent with RS-2 I OPD zoning, and WHEREAS, said petition would constitute a change to the approved Planned Unit Development of Country Club Villages. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Plan Commission finds that this alteration does not constitute a substantial change to the original approved PUD of Country Club Villages and recommends approval to the Common Council BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission is required to review this matter every two years until such time as a model home will no longer be needed and that all appropriate permits be applied for and obtained from the Building Department.
