PCR2000054RESOLUTION P.C. 54-2000 APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL CONDITIONAL USE GRANT REVIEW TO ALLOW TWO (2) MINI-STORAGE WAREHOUSES FOR GEORGE ALEX AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S98 W12682/86 LOOMIS ROAD TAX KEY #2257.984 WHEREAS, Formal Building, Site and Operation Plans and a Conditional Use Grant application were submitted to the Planning Department by George Alex for two (2) mini-storage warehouses for the property located at S98 W12682/86 Loomis Road on November 4, 1994, and WHEREAS, As a Conditional Use Grant and Building, Site and Operation plan was adopted by the Plan Commission for bo mini-storage warehouse for the property located at S98 W12682/86 for George Alex under Resolution #P.C. 227-94 on December 20, 1994, and WHEREAS, Building #1 includes 34 - 10' x 20' spaces and 8 - 5' x 10 spaces, and building #2 has not been constructed, and WHEREAS, Conditions of approval included: 1 Beginning in March of 1996, an annual review shall be conducted to ensure the development is maintained. 2. No outside storage of vehicles, equipment, goods or materials, 3. No vehicle repair or restoration activities. 4. No manufacturing, assembly or materials and goods distribution operations. and. WHEREAS, A site inspection conducted on March 13, 2000 found several items stored outdoors, the most notable being a small stockpile of pipe. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the Annual Conditional Use Grant Review and the Building, Site, and Operation plan by George Alex and that the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated and received November 18, 1994, be kept on file in the Building Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the outdoor storage shall be removed within ten (IO) days of the adoption of this Resolution. RESOLUTION P.C. 54-2000 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner must apply for an additional review prior to the second Plan Commission meeting scheduled for March of each calendar year, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this Building, Site and Operation Plan shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
