APPROVAL OF A SKETCH PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE
CANDLEWOOD CREEK SUBDIVISION BY
TOWN REALTY, INC.,
LOCATED IN THE NE %, NW %, AND SW % OF SECTION 11
WHEREAS, A sketch for a preliminary plat was submitted by Town Realty, Inc. for the
Candlewood Creek Subdivision of the Town Realty, Inc. property located in the NE %,-and
NW % and SW % of Section 11, on February 24,2000, and
I WHEREAS, Said plat consist of approximately 35 acres, and proposes Sg lots with an unspecified number of outlots, and the minimum lot size not indicated on the sketch, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence District, requiring
a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet,
and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and

WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and water, and
I WHEREAS, wetlands are present on the parcel, and are required to befield delineated by the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission and
indicated on the Preliminary Plat submittal, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a 35 1 acre, lot with outlots, sketch preliminary plat for the Candlewood Creek
Subdivision by Town Realty, Inc., located on the Town Realty, Inc. property in the NE
%, NW %, and SW % of Section 11, and will be receptive to the submittal of a
preliminary plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and
final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final
submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission,
municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is
not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
