APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT FINAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE
BURKART PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE % OF SECTION 31
(TAX KEY NOS. 2281.982 and 2281.983 I NORTH SHORE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, On February 25, 2000 Attorney Don Murn on behalf of Jim Burkart
submitted for a two (2) lot Final CSM of a property located in the NE YI of Section 31,
(Tax Key Nos. 2281.982 and 2281.983 I North Shore Drive), and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area
of 15,881 square feet and an average minimum width of 85 feet, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence District, with
OLS Lakeshore Overlay zoning, requiring a minimum lot size of 11,670 square feet and
an average minimum width of 73.7 feet, and parcel meets said minimum zoning
requirements, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for
medium density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and water
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a
Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Burkart
property in the NE % of Section 31 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as
identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding
assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a *.DXF file of this CSM be submitted to the
City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-I/?’ diskette).
