APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR RALPH W. MUSH AT
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S83 W18550 SATURN DRIVE
(LAKE & COUNTRY STORAGE - TAX KEY NO. 2223.003)
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 2, 1989, adopted a Building, Site and
Operation Plan through Resolution #PC 65-89, and amended that Building, Site and Operation
Plan by approving two (2) buildings for storage, subject to landscaping and fencing, and
amended the Building, Site and Operation Plan through Resolution #PC 199-90, signage and
lighting plans, further amended through Resolution #P.C. 201-93, to allow the outdoor storage
of only 5 wheeled vehicles (vehicles, trailers, boats) along the north lot line, parallel parked and
no higher than six (6) feet with an annual review, and
WHEREAS, The Deed Restrictions of the Muskego Business Industrial Park state that
“All material or products stored outside must be behind the building setback line from the street
and must be screened from view from the street with solid fencing or screening approved by
the Plan Commission.” and
WHEREAS, The proposed parking is located behind the setback line
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended
Building, Site and Operation Plan for Lake & Country Storage, Inc., to allow outdoor storage
(as depicted on the plans datedheceived October 6, 1993) located at S83 W18550 Saturn * Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That only five (5) wheeled vehicles (vehicles, trailers,
boats) may be stored at this location and must be located along the north lot line, parallel
parked and no higher than six (6) feet with an annual review in the March Plan Commission
meeting.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (dated received October 6, 1993) and
exhibits are to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this building, site and operation plan,
as they relate to the building, parking and drive areas, landscaped areas and signage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this
approval shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action or both.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That all pallets and temporary sign along the right-of-
way be removed. Dumpster to be properly screened.
