PCR20000430 AMENDED APPROVAL OF A FOUR (4) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE DE BACK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW %OF SECTION 32 (PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2287.998.004 I MUSKEG0 DAM DRIVE) RESOLUTION #P.C. 043-2000 WHEREAS, On February 21, 2000 a sketch was submitted by Harold DeBack for a four (4) lot sketch land division of the DeBack property located in the SW X of Section 32, (Part of Tax Key No. 2287.998.004), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of approximately nine acres and an average minimum width of 31 0 feet. and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned Rs-2 - Suburban Residence District. requiring a minimum lot Size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and parcels meet said minimum zoning requirements for lot width and square footage, and WHEREAS, Said Land divisions will result in a 1.9 acre remnant parcel which does meet the standards of the Rs-2 District, and e WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by private sewer and water facilities, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a sketch Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a four (4) lot land division of the DeBack property in the SW X of Section 32. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the 1.9 acre remnant parcel may be excluded from the Certified Survey Map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed properties are only to be platted to the meander line. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the lake shall become a public body of water for which public access must be provided on the Final CSM. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The City Engineer has requested in determination of navigability for the drainage way from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all wetlands are required to be delineated on the Final Certified Survey Map.
