PCR2000035RESOLUTION #P.C. 035-2000 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE THE HENNEBERRY PROPERTY COUNTRY ESTATE DISTRICT AND A -AGRICULTURE DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE FROM EA - EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO RCE - RESIDENTIAL SW % OF SECTION 20 (TAX KEY NO. 2236.996 I HENNEBERRY DRIVE) WHEREAS, On February 1, 2000 a petition was submitted by Brian Henneberry to rezone approximately 35 acres of land from EA - Exclusive Agriculture District, to RCE - Residential Country Estate District (approx. 14 acres), and A - Agriculture District (approx. 22 acres), for the Henneberry property located in the SW % of Section 20, (Tax Key No. 2236.996) from , and I WHEREAS, The petitioner has received approval of a sketch Certified Survey Map creating lots with a minimum area of four (4) acres and an average minimum width of 250 feet, and WHEREAS, All proposed parcels meet the zoning requirements of their respective zoning districts, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for rural density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by private sewer and water facilities, 0 and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission RECOMMENDS To Common Council approval of rezoning approximately 35 acres of land from EA - Exclusive Agriculture District, to RCE - Residential Country Estate District (approx. 14 acres), and A - Agriculture District (approx. 22 acres) of the Henneberry property in the SW % of Section 20. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the rezoning recommendation is subject to the approval of the Certified Survey Map by the City of Muskego Common Council and recording by the Waukesha County Register of Deeds.
