PCR2000034aRESOLUTION #P.C. 034-2000 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE GRIMMER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE %OF SECTION 5 (S64 W19097 SCHOOL DRIVE I TAX KEY NO. 2177.993) WHEREAS, on February 4, 2000 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Roxanne Grimmer for a Two (2) lot land division of the property commonly known as S64 W19097 School Drive located in the NE % of Section 5, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-3 I OED Suburban Residence with Existing Development Overlay District, which requires lots with a minimum of 11,250 square feet of area and 75 feet of average width, and said parcels as proposed appear to conform to existing zoning, and WHEREAS, The adopted 2005 Comprehensive Plan indicates this area should be used for medium density residential development, and the sketch would conform to the adopted Plan, and WHEREAS, Wetlands and Floodplains are not present on the parcel, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a Two (2) lot land division of the Grimmer property located in the NE % of Section 5 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City 0 Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section lS.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a *.DXF file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-112’’ diskette).
