RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO
(2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE % OF SECTION 8
(TAX KEY NO. 2192.979 AND TAX KEY NO. 2192.972)
WHEREAS, on February 4,2000 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Gary
Januszewski for a Two (2) lot land division of the Muskego Centre / Overlook Bay
property located in the SE % of Section 8, relating to outlots for the Muskego Centre
and Overlook Bay developments, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned 8-3 I RSM I OPD, and is subject to the
provisions of Planned Development Districts approved for the Muskego Centre and
Overlook Bay Phase II, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels are proposed to be divided as outlots which are not
buildable in their current or proposed configurations, and
WHEREAS, Outlot 1 would be retained by Muskego Centre for stormwater
management purposes, and Outlot 2 would be transferred to Overlook Bay Phase II,
and
WHEREAS, Wetlands and Floodplains have been surveyed and are delineated
on the Certified Survey Map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a Two (2) lot land
division of the Muskego Center I Overlook Bay Phase II property located in the SE %
of Section 8 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City
Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section
18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a *.DXF file of this CSM be submitted to the
City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
