PCR20000270 RESOLUTION #P.C. 027-2000 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE BURKART PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE X OF SECTION 31 (TAX KEY NOS. 2281.982 and 2281.983 I NORTH SHORE DRIVE) WHEREAS, On January 14, 2000 a sketch was submitted by Attorney Don Murn on behalf of Jim Burkart for a two (2) lot sketch land division of a property located in the NE % of Section 31, (Tax Key Nos. 2281.982 and 2281.983 I North Shore Drive), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of 15,240 square feet and an average minimum width of 74 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence District, with OLS Lakeshore Overlay zoning, requiring a minimum lot size of 11,670 square feet and an average minimum width of 73.7 feet, and parcel meets said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and water THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a 0 Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Wilkinson property in the NE % of Section 31 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
