PCR20000230 AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 023-2000 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE PENZEY’S SPICES LOCATED IN THE NE % OF SECTION 17 (TAX KEY NO. 2225.999.008 / S82 W19362 APOLLO DRIVE) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by WTP Holdings, LLC to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the Penzey’s Spices property located at S82 W19362 Apollo Drive on January 21,2000, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1 Industrial Park District and the existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes a gravel parking lot addition to the north of the existing structure, and said addition does not conform to the requirements of the Industrial Park, and WHEREAS, Site drainage and stormwater management is required to be approved by the City’s Engineer THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for the Penzey’s Spices property located at S82 W19362 Apollo Drive, subject to the parking area being paved with asphalt or other bituminous hard surfacing. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the City Engineer’s review and approval of all grading and drainage amendments required by this amendment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
