PCR2000017e AMENDED APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE A & J ENVIRONMENTAL PALLET RECYCLING LOCATED IN THE SE ’A OF SECTION 17 (TAX KEY NO. 2228.999.006 / S83 W18890 SATURN DRIVE) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by lack Santoro to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the A & J Environmental Pallet Recycling property located at S83 W 18890 Saturn Drive on December 17, 1999, and RESOLUTION #P.C. 017-2000 WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1 Industrial Park District and the existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to construct a storage area with a gravel base to the north of the existing structure, and said addition conforms to the requirements of the Industrial Park, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to construct a 10’ high, board on board fence to screen the storage area from the public right-of-way, and said fence conforms to the requirements of the Industrial Park, and e WHEREAS, Storage of product will not exceed the 10’ height of the fence. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for the A & J Environmental Pallet Recycling property located at S83 W18890 Saturn Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all outdoor storage will be kept below the ten foot height of the fence.
