RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE HALVERSON PROPERTY LOCATED M THE
SW % SECTION 9, TOWN OF NORWAY ~

I WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a Three (3) lot land division was submitted by Pete
Bailey, RLS for the Halverson property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, Town ofNORWAY I December 15, 1999, and 1
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
I I WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with hture street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town ofNORWAY must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a Three (3)
lot land division of the Halverson property, located in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, Town ofNonvay.
