RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRP LTER XITI QRIAL.
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE WRECZA PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
hW Vi SECTION 18, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a One (I) lot land division was submitted by Kevin
Bettinger for the Wrecza property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 18, Town of NORWAY December
14, 1999, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future street
patterns of the City ofMuskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town ofNORWAY must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City ofMuskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a one (1)
lot land division of the Wrecza property, located in the NW 114 of Section 18, Town of Norway.
