RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF COMMERCIAL
PROPERTY MANTENANCE STANDARDS
WHEREAS, The Mayor’s Task Force on Economic Development has drafted and approved an
ordinance which establishes minimum maintenance standards for the exteriors on non-residential
properties, and has recommended adoption of the same, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has received the ordinance from the Mayor’s Task Force on ’
Economic Development and finds the adoption of such an ordinance to be in the interest of preserving the
health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City of Muskego, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the ordinance
as presented.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends adoption of the
same to the Common Council.
