PCR19991458 RESOLUTION #P.C. 145-99 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE BABIK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE ’h SECTION 1, TOWN OF WATERFORD WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (I) lot land division was submitted by Jane Babik for the Babik property located between Apple Tree Lane and Bid Bend Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Waterford, on November 23, 1999, and WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision regulations, and WHEREAS, The parcels contain 40,460 and 20,230 square feet and a minimum lot width of 119’ each, and WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse impacts and no conflicts with future street patterns of the City of Muskego, and WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction, and WHEREAS, The subject property abuts the right-of-way for State Trunk Highway 164, and may 0 require additional land dedication, at the discretion of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a one (I) lot land division of the Babik property, located in the SE 114 of Section 1, Town of Waterford, subject to the proper dedication of the ultimate right-of-way for State Trunk Highway 164.
