PCR19991430 RESOLUTION #P.C. 143-99 RECOMMENDATION OF CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL TO REZONE THE SUBURBAN RESIDENCE WITH 00s OFFICE AND SPECIAL SERVICE OVERLAY DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE NE '/4 OF SECTION 17 (TAX KEY NO. 2225.994 I S80 W19020 JANESVILLE ROAD) SCtIUFLETOWSKI PROPERTY FROM RS-2 SUBURBAN RESIDENCE TO RS-2 WHEREAS, On November 5, 1999 a petition for conceptual rezoning was submitted by Leon Schufletowski to rezone the property commonly known as S80 W19020 Janesville Road from RS-2 Suburban Residence District to RS-2 Suburban Residence District with 00s Office and Special Service Overlay District, and WHEREAS, The properties on the south side of Janesville Road in the vicinity of the subject property are zoned to include 00s overlay zoning, and WHEREAS, At least one other parcel on the north side of Janesville Road in the vicinity of the subject property is zoned to include 00s overlay zoning, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Land Use Plan for the Year 2005 anticipates this specific area being set aside for medium density residential land uses and the petitioner's request is in keeping with the goals of the 2005 land Use Plan. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby conceptually approve the rezoning of the property commonly known as S80 W19020 Janesville Road from RS- 2 Suburban Residence District to RS-2 Suburban Residence District with 00s Office and Special Service Overlay District. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to hture review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
