PCR1999141RESOLUTION #P.C. 141-99 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE A PROPERTY LOCATED ON LOOMIS DRIVE FROM RSE SUBURBAN ESTATE AND A - AGRICULTURE DISTRICTS TO B-4 HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT, LOCATED IN THE SE "'4 OF SECTION 25 (TAX KEY NO. 2260.992) WHEREAS, On November 1, 1999 a petition for rezoning was submitted by Karen Pinkowski representing Pinky Electric, to rezone a part of the property located on Loomis Drive from RSE Suburban Estate and A - Agriculture Districts to B-4 Highway Business District, and WHEREAS, The total area to be rezoned would include sufficient acreage to allow for commercial development in accordance with the B-4 District regulations, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been scheduled before the Common Council on December 14, 1999, and WHEREAS, The adopted 2005 Comprehensive Plan illustrates that this area is to remain in rural / agricultural use, and said rezoning does not appear to be in conformance with the Plan, and WHEREAS, said property is served by municipal sanitary sewer and private water service, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend @ approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of the property identified as Tax Key No. 2260.992, from RSE Suburban Residence and A - Agriculture District to B-4 Nghway Business District.
