CENTER DISTRICT, LOCATED IN THE SE '/4 OF SECTION 8

AVENUE FROM RS-2. SUBURBAN RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO B-2 LOCAL SERVICE
WHEREAS, On October 27, 1999 a petition for rezoning was submitted by Gary
Januszewski to rezone a part of the property located at W191 S7691 Racine Avenue from Rs-2
Suburban Residence District to B-2 Local Service Center District, and
WHEREAS, The total area to be rezoned would include approximately 1.19 acres to
allow for commercial development in accordance with the 8-2 District, and
WHEREAS, The rezoning was conceptually approved by the Plan Commission under
Resolution #P.C. 107-99, on September 7, 1999, and said approval was in accordance with the
conceptual Planned Unit Development approval for Phase I1 of Overlook Bay, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been scheduled before the Common
Council on December 14, 1999,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend
approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of approximately 1.19 acres From Rs-2
Suburban Residence District to B-2 Local Service Center
