APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE GRANT AND BUILDING SITE AMI
OPERATION PLAN FOR INDOOR VEHICLE STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE FOR AAA
ASPHALT SEALING INC. AT A PROPERTY LOCATED Ih' THE SW % OF SECTION 25

WHEREAS, A request was submitted by Bryon Hrin on behalf of AAA Asphalt Sealing
for a conditional use grant and building, site and operation plan for vehicle storage and
maintenance at a property located in the SW % of Section 25, on October 22, 1999. and

WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned A - Agricultural District, and use of the
property for indoor storage is permitted by Conditional Use Grant, and
WHEREAS, Petitioner proposes to use the property in conjunction with the operations of
AAA Asphalt Sealing, and uses would include indoor storage of vehicles and incidental
maintenance of said vehicles, and
WHEREAS, Petitioner has not identified hours of operation Petitioner has proposed no
modification to driveways and access, and
WHEREAS, Petitioner proposes no change in exterior appearances of existing structures
and no change in exterior lighting, and
WHEREAS, Petitioner has received Plan Commission sketch approval for an eight (8) lot
land division of the subject property, which includes conceptual approval of RSE Suburban Estate
zoning, as detailed in Resolution #P.C. 119-99,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a conditional
use grant and building, site and operation plan submitted October 22, 1999 by Bryon Hrin on
behalf of AAA Asphalt Sealing for indoor vehicle storage and maintenance at the property located
in the SW 'A of Section 25, described as Tax Key No. 2259.994.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this pian as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of tines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
