PCR1999136AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 136-99 APPROVAL OF TWO (2) IDENTIFICATION SIGNS FOR HERITAGE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S63 W13761 COLLEGE AVENUE! WHEREAS, Plans for two (2) identification signs were submitted by Donna Seeker for the Heritage Presbyterian Church property at the address located at S63 W13761 College Avenue on November 2, 1999, and WHEREAS, The identification signs would be externally illuminated, monument-style ground signs with two (2) display sides, mounted on two poles each being two feet in height, and each sign would have a 27 square foot display area, and WHEREAS, landscaping for the sign base has been illustrated on said submitted plan, and WHEREAS, one sign is to be located along Janesville Road and the other is to be located along College Avenue, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-2/01P, Local Service Center District with Institution and Public Service Overlay, and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the a issuance of a building and zoning permit. - THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve two (2) identification signs that were submitted by Donna Seeker for the Heritage Presbyterian Church property located at S63 W13761 College Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. THEREFORE BE IT FURTER RESOLVED, That approval granted subject to construction of a stone landscape planter of dimensions similar to the prior approved masonry base with final approval by staff.
