PCR1999134AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 134-99 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE MALINOWSKI PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 'h OF SECTION 11 (TAX KEY NO. 2201.990.001) WHEREAS, On October 21, 1999 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Mchael Malinowski for a two (2) lot land division of the property located in the NE 'h of Section 1 1, (Tax Key No. 2201.990.001), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of over 20,027 square feet and an average minimum width of 1 IO feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned Rs-2, Suburban Residence District, requiring a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and both parcels appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and private water THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Malinowski property in the NE 'h of Section 11 subject to satisfaction of all requirements for land division as outlined by the City of Muskego Land Division Ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a shared driveway easement be illustrated on the CSM. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF file of this CSM be submitted on 3-1/2" diskette to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM Plan Department City of Muskego Adopted 11 -2-99 Defeated Deferred 1 1-2-99
