APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE MAREK
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW '/4 OF SECTION I3
(TAX KEY NO. 2209.943 JUST EAST OF S82 W13560 HI VIEW DRIVE)
WHEREAS, On October 20, 1999 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Stephen J.
Marek for a two (2) lot land division of the property located in the NW Yi of Section 13, (Tax
Key No. 2209.943 just east of S82 W13560 Hi View Dr.), and
WHEREAS, The submittal substantially conforms to the sketch land division approved by
the Plan Commission on February 2, 1999, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of over
4.66 acres and an average minimum width of over 150 feet, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RSE, Suburban Estates District, and R-2 Country
Home District requiring a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet and an average minimum width
of 150 feet, a minimum lot size of 60,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 175 feet
respectively and both parcels appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for low density
0
residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and
WHEREAS, A wetland delineation was completed by SEWRPC on July 8, 1999, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and private water
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Certified
Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Marek property in the NW '/4 of Section 13
subject to satisfaction of all requirements for land division as outlined by the City of Muskego
Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF file of this CSM be submitted on 3-1/2"
diskette to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM
