PCR1999129e RESOLUTION WC. 129-99 APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AND CONCEPTUAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GOETZINGER AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S73 W16485 JANESVILLE ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2198.949) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Hank Goetzinger to place an automotive repair shop at the site located at S73 W16485 Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2198.949) on October 8, 1999. and WHEREAS, The parcel is zoned B-4, Highway Business District, and Rs-2, Suburban Residence District, and the proposed use requires the granting of a Conditional Use Permit in the B-4 zoning district as a service establishment for automobiles, and WHEREAS, The proposed use will be located within the existing structure which is classified as B-4. and WHEREAS, The site has an enclosed and substantially screened area for the storage of vehicles awaiting repair, and WHEREAS, The proposed Business, Site, and Operations Plan will not require on-site stormwater detention, and the facility is served by municipal sanitary sewer and water, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of a conceptual 0 building site and operation plan for Hank Goetzinger and conceptual conditional use permit at the property located at S73 W16485 Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2198.949), subject to a Public Hearing and Conditional Use Grant for the operation of a service establishment for automobiles. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the final BSO and Conditional Use Grant submittals by petitioner shall be presented to include hours of operation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is granted in concept and is only an indication of the present intention of the Plan Commission. Final action is subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
