PCR19991270 AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 127-99 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE SCHMIDT PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW '/d OF SECTION 1 (TAX KEY NO. 2163.999.008 / TESS CORNERS DRIVE) WHEREAS, On October 8, 1999 a sketch was submitted by Jack Schmidt for a two (2) lot land division of the Schmidt property located in the SW % of Section I, (Tax Key No. 2163.999.008 / Tess Comers Drive), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of approximately 25,177 square feet and an average minimum width of 102.5 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence District, requiring a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and parcels do not meet said minimum zoning requirements for lot width, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and will access water by private 0 well - THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission denies without prejudice a two (2) lot sketch land division submitted for the Schmidt property in the SW '/d of Section 1 Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 1 1-2-99 Defeated Deferred IO- 19-99 10-19-1999
