PCR1999125AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 125-99 APPROVAL OF WALL SIGN FOR BROOKSIDE BUILDERS, AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S83 W18396 SATURN DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2223.001) WHEREAS, Plans for a wall sign was submitted by Bob Hacker of Bauer Sign Company for Brookside Builders at the address located at S83 W18396 Saturn Drive on September 30, 1999, and WHEREAS, The wall sign would be one sided, 19.7 square feet and would be internally illuminated, along the south side of the building facing Saturn Drive, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park District, and said signage conforms with the dimensional requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance, and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit. WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has approved a master sign plan by Resolution #PC 184-92, for this multi-tenant building, and said plan calls for all signage to be white channel set non-illuminated letters, and this proposal does not conform to the approved plan. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a flat wall sign, in accordance with the previously approved sign package in Resolution #P.C. 184-92, along the south side of the building facing Saturn Drive at the property located at S83 W18396 Saturn 0 Drive, for Brookside Builders. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FLRTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
