RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFED SURVEY MAP FOR
A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE SOBCZAK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE % OF SECTION 8 (TAX KEY N0.2189.073)
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by David Sobczak for a Two (2) lot
land division of the property commonly known as W190 S7238 Lochrest Blvd, located in the NE
'A of Section 8, on September 10, 1999 and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned Rs-3 / OLS, Suburban Residential District and
Lakeshore Overlay District,
WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Common
Council's previously approved grant of legal lot status, on July 27, 1999 and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for medium density residential
development, and the use of the property for residential purposes is consistent with the Plan, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and will access water through
private wells, and
WHEREAS, all easements required by Common Council as a condition of granting legal a lot status are illustrated on the CSM
- THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a Two (2) lot land division of the Sobczak
property located in the NE '/o of Section 8 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as
identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees
in Section 18.14(3) ofthe Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF file of this CSM be submitted to the City
prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
