PCR1999114RESOLUTION #P.C. 114-99 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO CONCEPTUALLY REZONE THE PETERS PROPERTY FROM A, AGRICULTURAL, TO NOW, AGRICULTURAL WITH THE INSTITUTIONAL AND PUBLIC SERVICE OVERLAY DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE SW '/i OF SECTION 33 (TAX KEY NO. 2291.997 /PART OF S107 W18677 MUSKEG0 DAM ROAD) WHEREAS, On August 6, 1999 a petition for rezoning was submitted by Orville Peters to rezone the Peters property from A, Agricultural District to NOW, Agricultural with the Institutional and Public Service Overlay District, and 0 WHEREAS, The total area to be rezoned would include approximately 3 acres to allow for construction of monopole for a telecommunications facility which is permitted as a conditional use, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has not been scheduled before the Common Council. and WHEREAS, The adjacent properties are zoned EA, Exclusive Agricultural to the north, A, Agricultural, to the east and west, and A, Agricultural, to the south, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Land Use Plan for the Year 2005 anticipates this specific area being set aside for Agricultural and rural uses and the proposal is in keeping with the goals of the 2005 Land Use Plan. a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby agree in concept to the rezoning of approximately 3 acres from A, Agricultural District, to NOIP, Agricultural with the Institutional and Public Service Overlay District to allow for construction of monopole for a telecommunications facility. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to kture review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, Common Council, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
