PCR1999109RESOLUTION #P.C. 109-99 THE ST LEONARD CHURCH AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W173 S7743 WESTWOOD DRIVE @ APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR WHEREAS, Plans were submitted and approved in Resolution #PC 158-98A to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the St. Leonard Church property at W173 S7743 Westwood Drive on August 21, 1998, and revised plans were submitted on October 22, 1998, and WHEREAS, Conditions for approval were outlined in Resolution #PC 158-98A and approved by the Plan Commission onNovember 3, 1998, and WHEREAS, A condition of approval is that the east property line will be screened with sixteen (16) six (6) foot arborvitae, and WHEREAS, The abutting neighbor has requested that the above stated condition of approval be removed. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan to remove the condition of approval that the east property line will be screened with sixteen (16) six (6) foot arborvitae at the property located at W173 S7743 Westwood Drive, for St. Leonard Church as represented in the October 22, 1998 submittal. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
