RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND CHAPTER 17.
SECTION 8.20(7)C. PERMITTED USES BY CONDITIONAL GRANT
WHEREAS, Currently, Chapter 17- Section 8.20(7)C. outlines permitted uses by
conditional grant, and
WHEREAS, Said section does not provide for general warehousing, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission proposes to amend Chapter 17, Section 8.20(7)C. by
amending the listing to include the following:
15. General warehousing, but specifically excluding mini-warehouse uses.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission does hereby recommend to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego to amend Chapter 17. 8.20(7)C., permitted uses by
conditional grant, as described above in the third “WHEREAS”
