RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR
A ONE LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE SCHAUMBERG PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
SE % OF SECTION 21 (TAX KEY NO. 2241.997 AND TAX KEY NO. 2243.980)
mREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Neome Schaumberg for a one lot
land division of the property located in the SE % of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan
Commjssion's previous final certified survey map, recorded as CSM #8771, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned A-Agricultural District, requiring a minimum lot size
of 120,000 square feet, and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for rural agricultural and low
density residential development, and
WHEREAS, Said parcel will be serviced by private sanitary and water facilities, and
WHEREAS, All wetland boundaries affecting the lot have been field verified and
illustrated on the certified survey map,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to 0 the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a one lot land division of the Schaumberg
property located in the SE % of Section 21 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as
identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.140) of the
Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF file of this CSM be submitted to the City
prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
