RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE HELMINGER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW ‘/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by Judith
Helminger for their property located on Long Lake Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Norway,
on August 25, 1999, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extratemtorial powers of the
City ofMuskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with fhre street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map as presented does not illustrate a full right-of-way
dedication of thirty-three feet (33’) from the centerline for Long Lake Road,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the 0 Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2)
lot land division of the Helminger property, located in the NW 114 of Section 8, Town of Norway,
subject to the proper right-of-way dedication for Long Lake Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the plan Commission recommends to the Town Board that
the certified survey map illustrate the full right-of-way dedication as measured thirty-three feet (33’) from
the centerline for Long Lake Road,
