PCR1999093e RESOLUTION #P.C. 93-99 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE MERCER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 9 (TAX KEY NO. 2193.998.001LAKE DRIVE) WHEREAS, On July 28, 1999 a sketch was submitted by Mum Law Offices for a two (2) lot land division of the Mercer property located in the NE % of Section 9, (Tax Key No, 2193.998.0011 W175 S7201LakeDrive), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of 12,3 17 square feet and an average minimum width of 67 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence District, and OLS - Lakeshore Overlay district, requiring a minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 67 feet, and parcels meet said minimum zoning requirements for lot area and lot width, and WHEREAS, Lot 1 of the sketch CSM contains a detached accessory structure and said structures are not permitted to remain without a principal structure being present on the lot, and WHEREAS, The 2005 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and e WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a two lot sketch Certified Survey Map being submitted for the Mercer property in the NE % of Section 9, Tax Key No. 2293.998.001, commonly known as W175 S7201 LakeDrive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accessory structure on lot 1 be removed no later than the sale of the property, or one year from the date of Common Council approval of the final certified survey map, which ever occurs first. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is granted in concept only and final action is subject to hture review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
