PCR1999092THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission does hereby recommend to the Common Council of the City of Muskego to amend Chapter 17. 4.05(2)G, Accessory Buildings, as described above in the third “WHEREAS Plan Commission City of Muskego Approved 08-03-99 Denied Deferred RESOLUTION #P.C. 92-99 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 SECTION 4.05(2)G ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES WHEREAS, Currently, Chapter 17. Section 4.05(2)G requires a minimum base floor consisting of either pressure treated lumber, asphalt flooring, sealed concrete block, or concrete slab for all accessory structures, and WHEREAS, Said section does not provide relief in floor requirement for the housing of domesticated animals and livestock. and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission proposes to amend Chapter 17, Section 4.05(2)G by amending the last paragraph to read as follows: “No such structure may be located closer to the base setback line than the principle building. All accessory buildings must contain a minimum base floor consisting of either pressure treated lumber, asphalt flooring, sealed concrete block, or concrete slab, except for such areas wbere domesticated animals and livestock are to be quartered.” 08-03-99
