PCR1999091f RESOLUTION #P.C. 91-99 APPROVAL TO AMEND THE 2005 COhQREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN FOR THE CIT' OF MUSKEG0 FOR THE LANDS ABUTTING THE NORTH SIDE OF KEiLSEY DRIVE BETWEEN RACINE AVENUE AND CROWBAR ROAD (TAX KEY Nos. 2279.993, 2275.996, 2275.999(part), 2280.998, and 2280.999part)) WHEREAS, The 2005 Comprehensive Land Use Plan for the City of Muskego has designated the lands abutting the north right-of-way line of Kelsey Drive, between Racine Avenue and Crowbar Road as Agricultural Rural Land Use, said area being approximately 200 acres in size and illustrated on Efibit "A" attached and made a part hereto, and WHEREAS, the southem-most 400 feet of all parcels abutting Kelsey Drive between Racine Avenue and Crowbar Road are within the sanitary sewer service area, WHEREAS, By virtue of the strategic importance and economic potential these lands represent in light of sewer availability, more economically intense use of these lands appears to be a logical evolution of the 2005 Comprehensive Land Use Plan, and WHEREAS, a sketch land division has been approved by resolution #PC 84-99 which illustrates lots conforming to the requirement of the RCE - Residential Country Estates zoning district on a part of the subject lands, consisting of approximately 40 acres of development area, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve of an amendment to the 2005 Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the City of Muskego affecting lands abutting the northem right-of-way line of Kelsey Drive between Racine Avenue and Crowbar Road, said areas being approximately 200 acres in area and illustrated on Exhibit "A' attached and made a part hereto, said Plan being amended to impose low density Suburban Residential land use on the subject property; Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 08-03-99 Deferred Defeated 08-03-99
