APPROVAL OF BUIDING, SITE, AND OPERATION FOR OLYMPIC HEALTH CLUB
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S83 W18420 SATURN DRIVE
(TAX KEY NO. 2223.001)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Vasso Schwartz on July 9, 1999 for building, site
and operation plan approval for a gymhealth club at the property located at S83 W 18420 Saturn
Drive (Tax Key No. 2223,001). and
WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned 1-1, Industrial Park District, and said use is a
permitted use by right, and
WHEREAS. Locker rooms, an office, and the workout area will be partitioned off inside
the tenant’s area.
WHEREAS, Hours of operation are to be 6:OO AM to 9:OO PM. Monday through Friday;
8:00 AM to 5:OO PM, Saturday; and 9:OO AM to 12:OO PM, Sunday, and
WHEREAS. No exterior modifications have been proposed for the site, and
WHEREAS, No building signage has been proposed for the use, and
WHEREAS, All dumpsters are to be screened in accordance with the “Rules and
Regulations for Muskego BusinesdIndustrial Park Guidelines.”
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building,
site and operation plan submitted by Vasso Schwartz on July 9, 1999 for building, site and
operation plan approval for a gymhealth club at the property located at S83 W18420 Saturn
Drive (Tax Key No. 2223.001).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to the size of the tenant area and types of
products offered for sale shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
