PCR1999079RESOLUTION #P.C. 79-99 APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDmG SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR DENOON SALOON AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W198 SI0857 RACINE AVENUE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Dom and Phil Dimarini for a building, site and operation plan for a 12’ x 18’ kitchen addition at the Denoon Saloon property located at W198 SI0857 Racine Avenue on June 24. 1999 and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned RS-2 Residential District, with OLR Lakeshore Recreational Overlay District and said use is a permitted use by right. and WHEREAS, Said kitchen addition conforms to the bulk regulation of the zoning code, and. WHEREAS, the Business Site and Operation plan submitted includes striping of parking areas. and said striping is in conformance with municipal standards, WHEREAS. the Plan Commission has previously approved landscaping plans which include installation of fencing and shrubbery to screen parking areas From adjacent homes, and said landscaping is not yet installed, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building, 0 site and operation plan submitted June 24, 1999 by Dom and Phil Dimarini for a 12’ x 18’ kitchen addition at the Denoon Saloon property located at W198 S10857 Racine Avenue, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That landscaping must be completed prior to occupancy. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
