PCR1999078RESOLUTION #P.C. 78-99 PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW % OF SECTION 33 (TAX KEY NO. 2291.997MUSKEGo DAM ROAD) 0 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE ORVILLE PETERS WHEREAS, On June 24, 1999 a sketch was submitted by Orville Peters for a two (2) lot land division of the property located in the SW % of Section 33, (Tax Key No. 2291.997), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of three (3) acres and an average width exceeding 300 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned Agricultural District, requiring a minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property would be serviced by a private road constructed within an access easement, as permitted by the land division ordinance, and WHEREAS. The purpose of the proposed land division is to create a parcel to be rezoned to Agricultural and OIP Institutional and Public Service Overlay District for the construction of a cellular communications tower subject to the provisions of a conditional use grant, WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being agricultural, and the use is e not inconsistent with the plan THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a sketch Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the Orville Peters property in the SW % of Section 33.
