RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR
A 2 LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE LANG PROPERTY LOCATED lN THE
SE Vi OF SECTION 20
(TAX KEY NO. 2243.991 and 2243.991.001)
WHEREAS, On June 24, 1999 a certified survey map was submitted by Mr. John Lang
Sr for a two (2) lot land division of the property located in the SE % of Section 20, (Tax Key No.
2243.991 and 2243.991.001). and
WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan
Commission's previously approved sketch review, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned, R-I Country Estate District, requiring a minimum lot
size of 80,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 200 feet. and said lots meet said
minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for suburban residential
development and this proposal conforms to that goal,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division of the Lang
property located in the SE % of Section 20 subject to resolution of any technical discrepancies as
identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the
Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF file of this CSM be submitted to the City
prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
