AMENDED
APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
THE MUIRFIELD VILLAGE PROPERTY LOCATED AT COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES IN
THE NE Vi OF SECTION 25
RESOLUTION #P.C. 74-99
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on June 14, 1999 by Burke Properties to amend the
existing building, site and operation plan of the Muitfield Village property located at Country
Club Villages in the NE 'A of Section 25, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the Sketch Preliminary Plat for Muitfield
Village Subdivision, by Resolution #PC 181 -98, and
WHEREAS, Said approval included BSO provisions requiring each unit to consist of at
least 50% brick. and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to require 50% brick on the front elevations
only, and Plan Commission concurs with the request,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for the Sketch Preliminary Plat of Muitfield Village Subdivision
at the property located at Country Club Villages in the NE Vi of Section 25. to reduce the brick
requirements to 50% on the front elevations only. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That due to the quality of
architectural design on the rear elevation, side elevations will consist of brick band to the
lowest window sill height. -
