PCR1999072MISC: Sign AMENDED APPROVAL OF WALL SIGN FOR PET EMPORIUM, AT THE NORTHLAND DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY LOCATED AT S75 W17321 JANESVILLE ROAD RESOLUTION #P.C. 72-99 WHEREAS, Plans for a flat wall sign was submitted by Solite Neon Sign for Pet Emporium on the Northland Development Property at the address located at S75 W17321 Janesville Road on June 25. 1999, and WHEREAS, The wall sign would be one sided, 31 square feet and would be internally illuminated, along the north side of the building facing Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-3. General Business District, and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a flat wall sign, 31 square feet and being internally illuminated, along the north side of the building facing Janesville Road at the property located at S75 W17321 Janesville Road, for Pet Emporium. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of SI00 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
