PCR1999071MISC: Sign a AMENDED APPROVAL OF A WALL SIGN FOR LAIDLAW SCHOOL BUS COMPANY AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W146 S6365 TESS CORNERS DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2165.998.002) RESOLUTION WC. 71-99 WHEREAS, Plans for a flat wall sign was submitted by Sharron Rasmussen for the Laidlaw School Bus Company at the property located at W146 S6365 Tess Comers Drive on June 15. 1999. and WHEREAS, The wall sign would be one sided, 30 square feet and would be self- illuminated, along the west side of the building facing Tess Comers Drive, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park District, and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a flat wall sign, 30 square feet and being internally illuminated, along the south side of the building facing Tess Comers Drive, at the property located at W146 S6365 Tess Comers Drive, for Laidlaw School Bus Company. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a 0 copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
