APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE FOR PAWS WN AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S92
W19918 HENNEBERRY DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2239.999)
WHEREAS, Plans for a flat wall sign was submitted by Ken and Sandy Peterson for Paws
Inn at the property located at S92 W 199 18 Hennebeny Drive on June 15, 1999, and
WHEREAS, The wall sign would be one sided, 16 square feet and would not be
illuminated, along the south side of the building hcing Henneberry Drive, and
WHEREAS, The free-standing sign would be two sided, 8.75 square feet per side, would
not be illuminated, and hang from a post 6.4 feet above grade with a ten foot offset, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 4 Agricultural District with a Conditional Use Grant
for a kennel, and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning
Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning
permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a flat wall sign,
16 square feet and not being internally illuminated, along the south side of the building facing
Henneberry Drive, and a free-standing sign, 8.75 square feet per side, non-illuminated, and
hanging from a post 6.4 feet above grade with a ten foot offset at the property located at S92
W 1991 8 Hennebeny Drive, for Paws Inn.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
