PCR1999066RESOLUTION #P.C. 66-99 APPROVAL OF A 24’ X 30’ ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE SCHLTLTZ’S RESORT ROD AND GUN CLUB PROPERTY LOCATED AT W143 S8025 SCHULTZ LANE WHEREAS. A site plan and construction information was submitted by Schultz’s Resort Rod And Gun Club to construct a 24’ X 30’(720 square foot) accessory structure at the property located at W143 S8025 Schultz Lane on June 3, 1999, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/0HS, Suburban Residence District with the Highway Service Overlay, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C. I, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1 .O% of the total lot area and contains 30 acres which would allow 13,068 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and WHEREAS, One (1) approximately 25’ X 60’ outbuilding exists on the parcel, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure exceeds all necessary offsets and setbacks, the ultimate height is limited to 25 feet so long as a minimum of 2.75 acres is maintained, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant’s surrounding area. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 720 square feet for the Schultz’s Resort Rod And Gun Club property located at W 143 S8025 Schultz Lane in accordance to Section 4.05 (I) B and 6.11 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
