APPROVAL OF MAIN IDENTIFICATION SIGN FOR MUSKEG0 MALL, AT THE
NORTHLAND DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S75 W 17301 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Plans for a main identification sign was submitted by Midwest Sign for the
Northland Development Property at the address located at S75 W17301 Janesville Road on May
17, 1999, and
WHEREAS, The main identification sign would be monument style ground sign with two
(2) display sides, on a timber landscape planter that would have a 55 square foot display area and
will be internally illuminated, to be located along Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4, Highway Business District, and said signage
conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan
Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a monument
style main identification sign, on a timber landscape planter that would have a 55 square foot
display area and will be internally illuminated, to be located along Janesville Road at the property
located at S75 W17301 Janesville Road, for the Muskego Mall subject to submittal of a landscape
plan for the planter e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
