APPROVAL OF A 24'8 X 15'4" ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR
THE MUSKEGO-NORWAY MIDDLE SCHOOL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT W216 SI0586 CROWBAR ROAD
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted by Bray Associates
to construct a 24'8 X 15'4" (378 square foot) accessory structure for a pump house at the
Muskego-Noway Middle School property located at W216 SI0586 Crowbar Road on May 14,
1999, and
WHEREAS. The property is zoned RS-Z/OlP, Suburban Residence District with the
Institution and Public Service Overlay, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and
subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l. and
WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1 .O% of the
total lot area and contains 53.2 acres which would allow 23,174 square feet of total square
footage of accessory buildings, and
WHEREAS, No outbuildings exist on the parcel, and
WHEREAS, The location of the structure exceeds all necessary offsets and setbacks, the
ultimate height is limited to 25 feet so long as a minimum of 2.75 acres is maintained, the
architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the
materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the property for
business related activities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible
size structure not exceeding 378 square feet for use as a pump house for the Muskego-Noway
Middle School property located at W216 S10586 Crowbar Road in accordance to Section 4.05
(1) B and 6.1 1 (2) and that subject accessory structure not be used for the operation of a business
nor the storage of business related material or equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution
and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of SI00 per day per violation, the
initiation of legal action, or both.
