PCR19990610 RESOLUTION #P.C.61-99 APPROVAL OF A ONE (1) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE HOORMANN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 'h OF SECTION 10 AT S72 W16460 JANESVILLE ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2198.997) WHEREAS, On May 4, 1999 a sketch was submitted by Robert Hoormann for a one (1) lot land division for the Hoormann property located in the NW Y4 of Section IO at S72 W16460 Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2198.997), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of approximately 1 acre and an average width of yet to be determined, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RSM, Multiple Family Residence District, requiring a minimum lot size of 5,000 square feet per dwelling unit and no specified average minimum lot width. and subject parcels do meet said minimum zoning requirements for lot area, and WHEREAS, Said property has received conceptual rezoning approval of the proposed newly created parcel in Resolution #PC 105-98 on June 16, 1998, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area as being set aside for high density residential development, and a WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sewer and water THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a one (1) lot land division of the Hoormann property located in the NW Y4 of Section 10 at S72 W16460 Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2198.997).
